Syprett Meshad has expanded its legal team with the addition of Associate Attorney Nicholas Bocci. A member of The Florida Bar, Attorney Bocci’s practice covers Family Law, Criminal Law and Defense, and Personal Injury. Prior to joining Syprett Meshad, Mr. Bocci was an Assistant State Attorney in the 12th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office, where he handled numerous misdemeanor, felony, and juvenile-related cases including Batteries, DUIs, Possession of Controlled Substances, and Robberies.
Mr. Bocci was awarded his Juris Doctorate in 2017 from the Ave Maria School of Law, Naples, Florida. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pennsylvania State University and is a member of the National Italian American Bar.
While in law school, Mr. Bocci served on the Moot Court Board and was published twice in the Board’s journal, “The Gavel.” He participated in trial competitions, appellant brief and oral arguments, and participated in an MLB sports arbitration event at Tulane University School of Law.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Bocci served as a Police Officer in Delaware. From 2009 to 2015, he also served his country as a member of the U.S. Army Reserve, and in 2013 was the youngest Reserve ever elected to his unit’s local Borough Council.
